City Security Services are fully registered with ISO 9002: 1994 within the scope of the supply of manned security services, in accordance with the requirements of BS 7499: 1998 and BS 7858: 1996.

Our comprehensive management systems enable us to gather, collate and review all operational information. This data is constantly analysed by the City Security Services management team. If the management team identifies an area of potential weakness or nonconformance, it will decide on the best course of action to address the issue based on that information.

The City Security Services management understands the importance of coordination to the effective running of security operations. We have therefore implemented procedures to ensure full coordination between our on-site staff and the headquarters.

Our services are regularly assessed by third parties like the ISI (The Inspectorate Of The Security Industry)and our quality consultants SEH Ltd. This is an important form of additional quality control carried out from an external viewpoint and is designed to ensure maximum operational efficiency at all times.

Our quality management system applies to all aspects of our operation, from recruitment of personnel through to the delivery of service. We ensure that we conform to the highest security industry standards, and fulfill all applicable regulatory requirements.

City Security Services has attained the ISO 9002 standard. This means that we are entitled to display the coveted 'Tick & Crown' logo, which is a guarantee that our services have been subject to scrutiny to International Standards through the ISI (The Inspectorate Of The Security Industry).

Independent Monitoring and Assessment
The Inspectorate Of The Security Industry (ISI) operates a quality-assessed scheme, which has obtained accreditation from the DTI through the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. Through this scheme, we have been accredited to the highest standards of quality assurance.

We are inspected by the ISI every 6 months to ensure continued adherence to the high standards that we set to our business ourselves, as well as to the normal industry standards.

In addition, our security services are inspected by 'The Security Watchdog' (Independent auditory body for the manned guarding industry), whose core service is contract monitoring. This is a four-step process and involves quarterly client questionnaires, six monthly site visits, telephone contact with client, and an emergency client 'Hotline'. The Security Watchdog is also able to perform 'no holds barred' audits on the services we provide.

Our external quality control consultants SEH Ltd, (members of the BSIA) also carry out regular audits on our operations. SEH LTD is an organisation well versed in this role and helps us to maintain our much-valued high standards.

The security services we provide are fully insured against negligence or poor performance with Camberford Law Plc.

City Security Services are principal members of the BSIA (British Security Industry Association) and operate training programs assessed and approved by SITO (Security Industry Training Organisation) .
